SHIPPING

If you receive a defective item, please contact us at admin@ininygem.com. with details of the product and the defect. 

Under normal circumstances orders shipped out the same day. Orders received after 3 PM are not guaranteed to go out the same day. You can find the shipping costs of the items in your cart by entering your postal code into the box in the bottom right of the shopping cart.  

Unless stated differently, our customized and pre-order pieces are handcrafted and takes around 10-25 working days to produce and will be ready to be delivered the following working day.  If you need your order sooner than that please get in touch and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

The United States orders: free standard shipping if purchase $35 and above.

International orders: shipping price and time varies dependent on your location.

 

* Please note that we can not guarantee delivery dates.  Below is the estimation of the delivery timeframe.

* Customs and import duties are levied by the receiving country and are therefore the buyer's responsibility.

* We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages.
 

EXCHANGE

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase or if the piece are defective or damaged, we are happy to exchange or refund items within 14 days of delivery. The originally purchased item must be in its original condition. 

Please contact us via the contact us page if you would like to make a change to your order (e.g., different size or shipping address) we would be happy to help as long as your order has not been shipped.  Please contact us as soon as possible so we can try our best to make those changes.

 * We regrettably do not accept returns on pre-order and customized orders but offer a one time alteration service for customized order for free and in certain cases we may offer an option to exchange. You will be responsible for the new shipping cost. 

RETURNS CONDITIONS

    1. You have 14 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange the item please contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship back to us within 21 days of delivery.
    2. We regrettably do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons, nor do we accept any made to order pieces back.
    3. All returns will be refunded via your original payment method.
    4. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
    5. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
    6. We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.
    7. The returns will be made at your own cost.
    8. Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out.
